Suspected suspect involved in supplying drugs to Liam Payne arrested

The argentine police stopped this Friday to one of the two accused of supply drugs to the british singer Liam Payne before his deathwhich took place in a Buenos Aires hotelpolice sources informed AFP.

Braian Paiz, 24, is accused of having handed over cocaine to Payne two days before his death on October 16, falling from the third floor of his hotel room. He is one of the five prosecuted for the singer’s death.

The Paiz’s house in the town of Budge, in the province of Buenos Aireswas raided by the police and the detainee was taken to court.

As reported by the prosecutor’s office on Monday in a statement, Paiz “He is accused of having delivered cocaine” to Payne, whom he visited at his hotel on October 14 and “accompanied the room No. 310entering it with him.” He remained there for almost five hours.

“We spent the night, we took drugs, because it’s reality, something intimate happened,” he told Telefe Noticias.

In November, Paiz denied in a television interview that he had given drugs to Payne, although he did admit that he met him and spent time with him in his room.

The Argentine justice system ordered the preventive detention of two of the five people that he processed on Friday, including Paiz.

Three of the accused were prosecuted without preventive detention for manslaughterand the other two for the crime of supplying narcotics, and they were placed in preventive detention,” reported the statement from the prosecutor in charge of the case.
