Gapyeong-gun has completed four cadastral resurvey project districts. Gapyeong-gun (Governor Seo Tae-won) announced on the 7th that it has completed the cadastral resurvey project for a total of four project districts, including Deokhyeon District 2, which has been promoted since 2022, and Mokdong District 1, Jeryeong District 1, and Hangsa District 1, which are project districts for 2023. This project achieved the result of organizing a total of 1,415 lots (1,004,734㎡) of cadastral land.

The cadastral resurvey project is a national policy project that corrects cadastral registration information that is inconsistent with the actual land status and converts paper cadastral maps into digital ones to establish accurate land boundaries. Through this, the goal is to increase land management efficiency and protect residents’ property rights.

For this project, Gapyeong-gun finalized the boundary through △ establishment of an implementation plan △ holding a resident briefing session △ approval of designation of the project district △ boundary consultation between land owners △ deliberation by the boundary determination committee, and completed the preparation of a new cadastral register and registration commission procedures.

In addition, an appraisal was conducted on land where the area increased or decreased due to boundary confirmation, and the landowner was notified of the adjustment amount calculated after deliberation by the Gapyeong-gun Cadastral Resurvey Committee. Procedures for payment and collection of adjustment fees will be implemented soon.

Meanwhile, Gapyeong-gun announced on the 7th that it had built six new smart shelter bus stops to improve the convenience of users, considering that the bus interval in rural areas can be up to 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The newly installed smart shelters are located at the bus stops in front of Rail Bike, Gapyeong Station (in front and across), Cheongpyeong Station (in front and across), and Daeseongri Station, and began operation on the 2nd of this month. Previously, smart shelters were only in operation at four locations: Myeongji Mountain Entrance, Sports Complex, Cheongpyeong Terminal (Seoul-bound), and Hyeon Terminal (Seoul-bound).

The smart shelter is equipped with convenient facilities such as air conditioning/heating, wireless charger, climate information provision device, unmanned access management system, CCTV for crime prevention, and wireless Wi-Fi. Outside, cool and heated chairs were installed at Gapyeong Station (in front and across) and Cheongpyeong Station (across from) to increase convenience for public transportation users.

Operating hours vary by stop. The rail bike stop is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., in front of Gapyeong Station from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and across from Gapyeong Station from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. In front of Cheongpyeong Station is available from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., across Cheongpyeong Station from 5:40 a.m. to 10:40 p.m., and in front of Daeseongri Station from 6:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. the next day. there is.
