jpnn.comJAKARTA – Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez kept her iconic green diamond engagement ring after finalizing her divorce from actor Ben Affleck.
According to court documents reported by People on Tuesday (7/1), Affleck relinquished all rights to Lopez’s personal items, including a diamond ring estimated to be worth more than USD 5 million.
The 8.5 carat green diamond ring has a radiant cut, flanked by two half-moon accented diamonds, and set on a platinum band.
In addition to its luxury, the ring has an emotional message in the form of an engraving on the band that reads “not.going.anywhere,” a symbol of Affleck’s love for Lopez when they reconnect in 2021.
This couple was in the public spotlight after Affleck proposed to Lopez with this ring.
They married in an intimate ceremony in Las Vegas in July 2022, followed by a lavish celebration in Georgia with their closest family and friends the following month.
However, the relationship did not last long. In August 2024, Lopez filed for dissolution of marriage. Nearly five months later, their divorce was officially finalized on January 6, 2025.
Under the agreement, Lopez will keep various personal items, including jewelry and clothing, that become part of her assets.
