It has been reported that singer and actor Bae Seul-gi and his family have received death threats. The agency said, “We are devastated and will take strong legal action.”
Chan Entertainment, Bae Seul-gi’s agency, issued a statement on the 9th and said, “The expressions spread through a community bulletin board are so terrible that they cannot be described in detail, so the family is currently in a situation where it is difficult to fully lead their daily lives.”
Bae Seul-gi’s side said, “We will work with investigative agencies to track down those who wrote malicious posts and spread comments to the end and hold them strongly legally responsible in accordance with the zero-tolerance principle.”
He continued, “The method of deleting URLs and canceling membership in order to not leave evidence is spreading, but we are collecting all the posts and continuously requesting cooperation from related sites. Based on this, we have submitted a complaint to the investigative agency. “We plan to take continuous legal action in conjunction with the legal team,” he added.
Bae Seul-gi married YouTuber Ri-seop (real name Shim-seop Shim) in 2020 and has one son.
