Feedback was delivered by Cut Intan Nabila’s legal representative, Ana Sofa Yuking through a video uploaded on Instagram.
“We welcome the court’s decision. Thank God, the judge has sentenced him to prison for 4 years and 6 months,” said Ana Sofa Yuking, Tuesday (7/1).
“We hope that this decision will be an example for society that any domestic violence cannot be tolerated, and every victim of domestic violence has the right to receive justice,” he continued.
Celebrity Cut Intan Nabila’s husband, Armor Toreador, was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison in connection with a case of alleged domestic violence (KDRT).
The verdict was delivered by the Panel of Judges at the Cibinong District Court, Bogor Regency, West Java on Tuesday (7/1).
The panel of judges chaired by Emi Tri Rahayu said that Armor Toreador was proven to have committed acts of domestic violence against his wife, Cut Intan Nabila.
“We decided that the defendant Armor Toreador Gustifante was guilty and sentenced to prison for 4 years and 6 months,” said Emi Tri Rahayu as reported by Antara.
