Juan Ramón urges diplomats to defend Mexicans
This Monday, during the XXVI Meeting of Heads of Embassies and Consulates 2025the owner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Juan Ramon de la Fuente He urged diplomats to defend Mexicans anywhere in the world but gave special emphasis to the Consular network in the United States, “the largest in the world” by pointing out that:
“In this situation, no one can escape, consular work will be fundamental; we want Consulates with open doors, supportive and effective Consulates, capable of listening, understanding and attending to the points of view, needs, concerns and desires of our and our countrymen.”
