Madrid: ONMT wins the prize for best stand at Fitur 2024
Madrid – The Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) won the prize for “best stand” at the Madrid International Tourism Fair (Fitur), the first global tourism event of the year, which takes place from 24 to January 28.
This recognition rewards the efforts of the office, which recently unveiled its new Morocco pavilion concept, with a modern and inspiring layout, which highlights the authentic and open positioning on the world of the Morocco destination and the culture and heritage of the Kingdom and which is positioned in the continuity of the innovative deployment of the “Morocco – Land of Light” brand.
This new ONMT pavilion, designed a few months ago and deployed in all tourism fairs around the world, extends over an area of 700m2, including for the Madrid edition spaces dedicated to the two regions to honor, namely Ouarzazate and Tangier.
The ONMT has established partnerships with leading tourist operators as part of Fitur.
The main tourism players operating in the Iberian markets are at Fitur, with some 150 tourism professionals from all Moroccan regions, as well as the national airline Royal Air Maroc.
