The Public Prosecutor’s Office announced the filing of a “criminal case by the health attaché in the mission of the State of Libya to the Republic of Greece.” And the mission’s financial affairs controller during the period from 2011 to 2014.”

Disbursing sums of money to people who do not belong to the State of Libya by nationality; As well as causing harm to public funds by making payment of a debt that appeared in the documents and invoices for providing the treatment service, contrary to the truth.”
The statement continued: “After completing the interrogation procedure for the two accused, the investigator ordered their detention pending investigation. He began requesting the necessary procedures to assign responsibility for the rest of the shareholders in the actions subject of the investigation.
