Because of this, he considers Megawati still worthy of serving as General Chair of the PDIP. Likewise, Hasto Kristiyanto is still considered worthy of being the Secretary General of the party bearing the symbol of the white-snouted bull.

According to the Emir, until now there has been no figure capable of replacing Megawati as captain of the PDIP big ship.

“If someone wants to replace him, yes, he has to be as capable as Mrs. Mega, and while I see that Mrs. Mega can still do it,” said Emir to journalists at the PDIP DPP Party School, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta, Friday (10/1).

This former member of the DPR RI also believes that Megawati, even though she no longer serves as the fifth President of the Republic of Indonesia, still plays a big role in maintaining the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia.

“Not enjoying the hustle and bustle of reform flowers and so on. But we are the ones taking care of it,” he said.

In a political speech lasting more than three hours at the 52nd anniversary of PDIP, Megawati told the political history of three eras.
