The Dutch coach revealed his plans for the next two year contract period. However, he confirmed that his first concentration was to get the Indonesian national team to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

Kluivert said he wanted to show the implications of his presence by performing well in the World Cup Qualification match.

“But, that only lasted six months,” he said.

The 48-year-old coach admits that the pressure in Indonesian football is great.

He also felt challenged to be able to achieve the targets assigned to him.

For this reason, he will take advantage of the time he has before continuing the match in the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers.

“We will carry out what I want for the players so that they are on a path to achieving that goal,” he explained.
