One of the complaints indicates a “serious shortage” of medications for chemotherapy treatments for weeks. Meanwhile, the doctors have told them that they cannot do anything about the lack of drugs.

Another complaint is from patients about the lack of medications to treat type 2 diabetes. “Since November 22, I have had this request for medication that is vital for the life of a diabetes patient and today the shortage continues in the Issste Poniente Clinicin Mexico City.”

He reported that since this year he has tried to fill his missing prescriptions through the Megapharmacy o to Complete Recipe platformbut has not received a response.
