Actor Dileep will be questioned by the crime branch tomorrow in the case of attacking the actress. He was called to the Aluva Police Club for questioning.
Dileep had sent a notice to appear before the Crime Branch on Thursday but was told of the inconvenience. The interrogation was then extended. The team led by Crime Branch DySP Baiju Paul will be questioned. The interrogation is part of the ongoing investigation into the case of the attack on the actress.
This is the first time that the crime branch is planning to question Dileep again after he was released on bail in the case of attacking the actress. The police investigation was progressing based on the revelations made by director Balachandra Kumar in connection with the attack on the actress.

The actress was attacked on the night of February 17 on her way to Kochi from Thrissur. The car was stopped near Angamaly Athani and a group of people harassed the actress and filmed the scenes. On February 18, police arrested Martin, who was driving the actress’ car, and registered a case against six people, including Sunil Kumar alias Pulsar Suni. Police have arrested two more people in connection with the February 19 attack on the actress. Vadiwal Salim from Alappuzha and Pradeep from Kannur were arrested for helping Suni to escape.
