Rajamouli wrote on his Facebook page that he was thankful for the non-stop applause from the audience. Many people are coming to Ramgarh to congratulate Rajamouli.
After ‘Bahubali’, ‘RRR’ was the much awaited movie by the audience. Most people say that RRR is another masterpiece film by Rajamouli. The film received a good response at the box office from the very first day.
In Kerala alone, the film grossed Rs 4 crore on its opening day. Apart from Telugu, the film is available in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi versions. Of these, the Telugu version alone earned Rs 127 crore on the first day! The Hindi version is second in the collection. The Hindi version grossed Rs 23 crore. The Kannada version fetched Rs 16 crore, the Tamil version Rs 9.50 crore and the Malayalam version Rs 4 crore on the first day. In addition, the film was well-distributed in overseas markets. The film is getting good bookings in the US, UK, Australia, Canada and the Gulf region.

The film, directed by Rajamouli after the Bahubali franchise, is RRR’s largest USP. The RRR comes five years after the release of Bahubali 2. Starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, the film stars Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris. Also starring Samudra Kani, Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson and Shriya Sharan. Rajamouli himself wrote the script for the story of his father KV Vijayendra Prasad. The dialogues are prepared by Sai Madhav Bura.
