He said that for several weeks the police identified the phones used by the Russians. “On these phones we send a regular SMS (SMS) message about how to surrender and hand over the military equipment, a few days ago Misha called us..we gave the information about him to the Ukrainian military intelligence, he did not see the point in the war.”
