Can everyone heat with a heat pump?

Architects, property managers and owners ask if Dienst can install a heat pump for them. He almost never can: his 130 employees are already in constant use, working overtime, working at the limit, says Dienst. They manage 15 to 20 heat pumps per week – 99 percent of the callers have to be turned off on duty.
