New Delhi | Fuel prices were hiked again today without breaking the routine. Petrol price was hiked by 88 paise per liter and diesel by 84 paise. Petrol price has gone up by Rs 6 10 paise in a week. In Thiruvananthapuram, a liter of petrol costs Rs 112.47 and diesel Rs 98.93. Petrol and diesel prices in Ernakulam were 110.3, 97.33 and in Kozhikode 110.58 and 97.61 respectively.
In UP, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur, the hike was stopped from November 4 ahead of Assembly elections. During this period, the price of crude oil increased by $ 30 per barrel.
