Thiruvananthapuram: BJP state president K Surendran has said that the increase in bus and auto charges is a challenge to the people.
In other states, the bus fare is only half that of Kerala. People are being deceived for the sake of monopoly capitalists. While the central government has reduced fuel prices, all other states have reduced proportionately. Then Kerala turned its back. Surendran said that while all the states are giving subsidy for electric vehicles, there is a suspicion that Kerala is not giving subsidy.
