Vivo X Fold features a leatherette finish and Vivo branding on the back. Official renders show a circular quad-camera layout on the back along with an LED flash housed on a square island. The device has a foldable screen on the inside. The Vivo X Fold has a wake-up slide on the right and a power button paired with the volume key on the left. It has a microphone and speaker on the bottom and a USB Type-C port for charging on the bottom. Vivo X Fold comes in blue, crimson and orange color options in China.

Vivo X Fold is equipped with a 6.53-inch AMOLED E5 foldable display with a resolution of 2K + and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Under the hood, the phone draws power from a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of storage. It is said to pack a 4600mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.
