Revenues from the sale of apartments and real estate grew by 20.4% to NIS 448 million in 2021, while gross profit from the sale of housing units alone grew by 61% to NIS 90 million.

Net profit to shareholders decreased by 13% to NIS 53 million in 2021, due to the distribution of shares and options, but excluding the accounting expense for the distribution, the company shows a threefold increase in net profit to shareholders, to NIS 182 million.

The apartments that have not yet been recognized will bring in NIS 12 billion

Acro is currently initiating, planning and constructing 45 projects in various stages of implementation, including 7,314 residential housing units. In 2021, Acro sold 227 residential apartments for a total of NIS 978 million, reflecting an average price of NIS 4.3 million per apartment. For comparison, in 2020 the company sold 337 apartments for a sum of NIS 1 billion, reflecting an average price per apartment of NIS 3.1 million.

In addition, the company has four properties used for rent, as well as 13 projects of offices, commerce and hotels, of which six are under construction and another seven in land reserves.
