OnePlus 10 Pro launched in India, Bullets Wireless Z2 side by side: price and specifications

OnePlus 10 Pro was launched in India on Thursday as the company’s latest flagship phone. OnePlus comes powered by the premium Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, which is rated to deliver four times faster artificial intelligence (AI) processing and 25% more efficient graphics performance than the latest generation Snapdragon chip. In addition to the new Snapdragon SoC, OnePlus 10 Pro carries an improved AMOLED display compared to the OnePlus 9 Pro. The smartphone also provides a faster charging experience. With specs and pricing set, the OnePlus 10 Pro will rival the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S22 and iPhone 13. The phone is also present alongside the iQoo 9 Pro, which also comes from the house of BBK Electronics. Alongside the OnePlus 10 Pro, the Shenzhen-based company has introduced the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 neckband wireless earbuds in India. The company also introduced the OnePlus Buds Pro Radiant silver color option.

OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 Price in India

OnePlus 10 Pro price in India starts at Rs. 66,999 for the 8GB + 128GB base storage variant. The phone also comes in 12GB + 256GB storage model priced at Rs. 71999. Features two distinct color options – Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black.

Globally, the OnePlus 10 Pro starts at €899 (around Rs 75,500) for the 8GB + 128GB storage model.

Last year, OnePlus 9 Pro was launched at Rs. 64,999 for the 8GB + 128GB storage model. He went to Rs. 69,999 for the 12GB + 256GB storage variant.

The OnePlus 10 Pro debuted in China in January with a price tag of CNY 4,699 (about Rs 56,100) for the 8GB+128GB model. It was also launched in an 8GB + 256GB option priced at CNY 4,999 (~Rs 59,700) and a 12GB + 256GB variant priced at CNY 5,299 (~Rs 63,200).

OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 price in India has been set at Rs. 1,999 – The same model as the original OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z launched in 2020. The earbuds come in Beam Blue and Magico Black shades.

The OnePlus Buds Pro Radiant silver color variant is priced at Rs. 9,990, which is identical to that of the regular OnePlus Buds Pro.

On the availability front, the OnePlus 10 Pro will go on sale in India from April 5th. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 and Buds Pro Radiant Silver will also be available from April 5th itself.

OnePlus 10 Pro specifications

The OnePlus 10 Pro Dual SIM (Nano) runs Android 12 with OxygenOS 12.1 on top. It features a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1440 x 3216 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display that is based on second generation Low Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide (LTPO) technology. This brings a dynamic refresh rate, between 1 Hz and 120 Hz. The screen also supports sRGB color gamut and has a color depth of 10 bits. Moreover, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top. The OnePlus 10 Pro is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

In terms of optics, the OnePlus 10 Pro features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor, with an f/1.8 lens and optical image stabilization (OIS). The camera setup also includes a Samsung ISOCELL JN1 ultra-wide 50-megapixel shooter and has a 150-degree field of view. Additionally, the camera setup is equipped with an 8MP remote shooter paired with OIS support.

For selfies and video chats, the OnePlus 10 Pro carries a 32MP Sony IMX615 camera sensor on the front.

OnePlus 10 Pro comes with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include the accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. The phone also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor that is purportedly placed on top of the screen to improve accessibility and provide a faster unlock experience.

OnePlus has equipped the new flagship with dual stereo speakers powered by Dolby Atmos technology. The phone also has noise canceling support.

The OnePlus 10 Pro has a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC wired charging and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging. The new wired charging technology is claimed to provide a charge from zero to 100 percent in 32 minutes, while the wireless charging technology is able to fully charge the phone from a zero percent battery level in 47 minutes.

Besides, OnePlus 10 Pro measures 163 x 73.9 x 8.55mm and weighs 201g.

OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 Specifications

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 comes equipped with 12.4 mm drivers, which are the largest in OnePlus audio products and significantly larger compared to the 9.2 mm drivers available in the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z. The new earbuds also come with an AI scene model algorithm that is claimed to help fine-tune the Call noise reduction level using the built-in microphone.

In terms of build quality, OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 has an IP55 rated body that is dust and water resistant and comes with a hydrophobic nano coating. The earbuds also come with a silicone neckband.

Just like the Bullets Wireless Z and Z Bass Edition, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 connects to any OnePlus phone after detaching the earbuds. This triggers the pairing sequence on the phone. It does not work with non-OnePlus phones, although you need to enable Bluetooth pairing manually in this case.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 comes with Bluetooth v5 connectivity and supports AAC and SBC codecs. The earphones are capable of providing a maximum sound pressure level of 102 dB and include an impedance of 32 ohms.

OnePlus has equipped the earbuds with a 200mAh battery that is rated to provide 30 hours of playback time at 50 percent volume. The earbuds also have USB Type-C fast charging support that is rated to provide 20 hours of backup on 10 minutes of charging.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 measures 124.3 x 174.5 x 13.1mm.
