Kochi: The court staff will be questioned in the incident where crucial court documents were found from the phone of actor Dileep. The special court said that no special permission was required to question them and that the police should produce the court documents found in Dileep’s phone. The court was considering an application filed by the Crime Branch investigation team seeking permission to question him.
The probe team sought permission to question Clark and Shirastadar, who were in charge of the robbery when they arrived at the court. The crime branch said that documents including the confidential statement not given to Dileep were found on the phone.
The probe team had received the results of the forensic examination of the phones of the accused in the case of Dileep and his associates conspiring to endanger the investigating officers in the case of torturing the actress. The Crime Branch had in its application to the court stated that the documents which were not allowed to be copied were found in Dileep’s phone and it is being investigated as to who handed it over.
Meanwhile, the car taken into police custody from Dileep’s house in Aluva yesterday as part of a conspiracy case was not taken away yesterday. The car is currently in disrepair. It was said that the investigation team would come with a mechanic and take him away. However, it is learned that Dileep himself was asked to repair the car and hand it over to the investigation team.
