Russia has announced that it will suspend its cooperation with the International Space Station.
The information was released by Dmitry Rokosin, President of the Russian space agency Roskosmos. It also said it would suspend cooperation with NASA, the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Canadian Space Agency (CSA).
In this regard, Dmitry noted that the restoration of normal relations between the International Space Station’s partners and other joint projects is possible only by the complete and unconditional removal of illegal sanctions imposed on Russia.

In response, the United States continues to support international cooperation with NASA, Russia, Canada, Europe and Japan in the operation of the International Space Station.
It said new and existing U.S. export control measures would continue to allow cooperation between the United States and Russia to ensure the continued safe operation of the International Space Station.
