The trailer of the new movie Jersey starring Shahid Kapoor has been released. The trailer arrived just 10 days before the film’s release. Shahid broke the news through his Twitter handle.
Jersey is a remake of the Telugu movie starring Shahid Kapoor and Mrinal Thakur in the lead roles. The jersey was scheduled to be released in December 2021, but was postponed due to Kovid. Following this, the shooting often had to be changed.
The film is being produced by Jersey Allu Aravind and directed by Gautham Thinnanuri. The film also stars Dil Raju, S Naga Vamsi and Aman Gill. Apart from Shahid Kapoor, the film also stars Mrinal Thakur, Pankaj Kapoor, Geetika Mehndru, Rudrashish Majumder, Ronit Kamra, Palak Singh, Shishir Sharma and Shivam Sharma in other important roles.
