News reporter 12 in a huge lawsuit against McDonalds

The consumer reporter for “Savings Plan” in News 12, Maayan Perati, filed a lawsuit today (Monday) for a total of half a million shekels against the fast food chain McDonald’s, for using its name in an advertisement. In the lawsuit, which was filed through attorneys Assaf Sharaf and Rachel Lemberg, the reporter claims that the McDonald’s chain used its name and agenda to lower the cost of living it promotes, thus conveying the message that the reporter is associated with the product and represents McDonald’s.
