by time news

OPPO has launched a pair of devices in Israel in the relatively new Reno 7 series. These are Reno 7 5G and Reno 7Z 5G, which are available for purchase from today for NIS 2,199 and NIS 1,799, respectively.

The two devices look very similar to each other, with a 6.4-inch screen with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. The Reno 7 is a screen with a dynamic refresh rate up to 90 Hz, while the 7Z has only a standard 60 Hz. Its brightness level is also lower 600 nits compared to 800 nits in 7Z.

The two also differ in performance, with the Reno 7 coming with the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, while the Reno 7Z comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695.

Both devices have 8 GB of working memory, while the more expensive Reno 7 comes with 256 GB of file storage, while the 7Z is satisfied with 128 GB. Both have the main camera with the same sensor with a resolution of 64 megapixels, while in the Reno 7 it is joined by a wide lens with an 8 megapixel sensor and a macro sensor. The Z model does not have a lens dedicated to wide-angle photography, and in its place comes the device with a depth sensor. The front camera in the Reno 7 is equipped with a 32-megapixel sensor, while in the Z model the sensor has a 16-megapixel resolution.

The battery in both models is the same, with a capacity of 4,500 mAh, but in the senior model the maximum charging power is 65 watts, and in the Z model it is 33 watts. Another difference is in the location of the biometric scanner: in the Reno 7 it is hidden under the screen, while in the Z model it is integrated on the side of the device. Both devices come with the Android 11 operating system, on which the ColorOS 12 interface is installed.
