Passenger arrested for masturbating four times on board The incident happened on April 2 while traveling from Seattle, USA to Phoenix, Arizona. He masturbated on Southwest Airlines Flight 3814.
He was later arrested after a fellow passenger secretly filmed him passing information to flight attendants and later to police while he was fainting. His response to the police was that he did not think the fellow passenger would be in trouble and that this was normal. Fox Five News reported, citing court documents, that he had been charged with various offenses.
Antonio Sherd McGarriti was arrested. He boarded a flight from Seattle and was in 11F seats. There was a woman in the next seat. According to court documents, after the flight took off, he asked a fellow passenger if he was averse to indulging in self-indulgence and she replied that it was okay.
Subsequently, he started masturbating. It was while the fellow was staring. According to the complaint lodged with the police, the man had masturbated four times. He said he was fine but the passenger unknowingly recorded the scenes on his mobile phone. When he fainted after masturbating, he called the flight attendants and showed them the footage on the passenger’s mobile phone. After that, the flight attendants intervened and moved the woman’s seat to another location. All this time he was asleep.
When the plane landed at Phoenix Airport, police detained him based on information provided by flight attendants. The passenger was then questioned by police, who handed over photos and video footage to police. According to the report, she later lodged a complaint with the police.
His arrest was recorded after this. When questioned further, he said he did not think the passenger was in trouble. He said he thought the fellow passenger was enjoying his masturbation. He was charged with committing indecent acts in a public place.
