Supreme Court verdict today; Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan is crucial

by time news

Islamabad | The Prime Minister of Pakistan is very crucial today. The Supreme Court will today rule on whether the action of the Deputy Speaker, who did not allow the motion of no-confidence, was constitutionally correct. Both sides completed the argument. If the Supreme Court quashes the Deputy Speaker’s action, it will be a heavy blow to Imran Khan.

Meanwhile, Imran called on party workers to launch an agitation against foreign conspiracies and opposition conspiracies to destroy the country.

Former Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed has said he is ready to serve as caretaker Prime Minister until the country is replaced by a new government. The opposition demanded that a bench comprising all the judges of the Supreme Court hear the case. But the court did not accept this. A five-member bench headed by the Chief Justice heard the case. The court also rejected the opposition’s demand that the dissolution of parliament be stayed by an interim order.
