Tavor Galil has absorbed the vast majority of the employees of the two companies and employs over 200 workers.
The Upper Galilee Cooperative complex (adjacent to the Big Complex at the northern entrance to Kiryat Shmona), which includes the Licensing Institute, a light car garage, a heavy car garage and the gas station, will continue to operate and even develop as a real estate complex in the future.
The company is a merger of two leading companies in the field of transportation: Tavor Shan-Harod (founded in 1947) and the Upper Galilee Cooperative (founded in 1943) from the Galilee Development Company group. The owners of the company are Upper Galilee Cooperative 50%, Jezreel Valley Farms and Meir 50%.
