Changes in the top of the toto: Yael Elmor-Leon (47) recently announced her desire to end her position as the actual CEO of the toto at the end of next month. Elmore justified her decision following an attractive offer she received from an international high-tech company that provides innovative financial services.

Elmore came to Toto 11 years ago, where she served as VP of the online division and led the first launch of the Winner app, which already accounts for about 22% of the council’s revenue, and of the Racer app and website, which were very successful.

For the past 3 years, Elmore has served as Toto’s acting CEO. During her tenure, Elmore was forced to manage the Toto under the Corona crisis, which at one point led to the halting of leagues and sports establishments in Israel and around the world. The latter also recorded record revenues of NIS 3.365 billion and transferred record profits of NIS 731 million to the state.

Elmore is considered a highly regarded professional figure in the worlds of big data-based ecommerce, using innovative analytical models in emerging markets, while tackling stringent regulatory constraints.

Elmore will be replaced by Meir Bardugo (46), who came to Toto about 7 years ago. During his years at Toto, he served as director of the Racer Division, which recorded revenues of NIS 507 million in its last year of operation. For the past 3 years, Bardugo has served as VP of Regulation and Business Development, in which he has been a full partner in managing the council and leading the council’s business and strategic processes.

Council Chairman Shabtai Tzur: “I am full of appreciation for Yael, and thank her for the years she has led the Council to amazing professional and financial achievements. I am convinced that she has a bright future and great success in her future endeavors. I also wish Meir Bardugo great success when he takes office. ”

Yael Elmore: “I thank the chairman, board of directors, management and employees of the council for accompanying, supporting and working together over the years in which we have reached unprecedented heights together.”

Meir Bardugo: “I thank the board of directors and the head of the trust for choosing me. Toto has professional managers and dedicated employees, and together we will overcome the many challenges before us.”
