The 15th season of the IPL series is in full swing. The auction for this series took place last February. The Delhi Capitals bid for Australian opener David Warner in the squad.
Warner has not played in the Delhi team’s matches so far as he has been playing for the national team in the Pakistan series. He is currently back in India and is expected to play in the next match against Lucknow.
Former Australia captain Brad Hawke has ruled himself out of the squad for the next match against Lucknow.
He said, “I will not choose David Warner in Delhi’s next match against Lucknow because Lucknow spinner Ravi Bishnoi is bowling well against left – handed batsmen.
Thus I would like more right-handed batsmen to play against him. So I’m going to pick Tim Severt on the team in response to Warner. ”
