The Israel Land Authority has issued a tender for the construction of 94 housing units in the heart of the City Quarter, a complex that has been named the “Youth Complex.” 56 housing units from the project will be at a discounted price of up to 20% of the value of an apartment in the area, and the city’s residents will be entitled to a particularly low number of apartments in the project.
The Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing this week issued a tender for the construction of 94 housing units in the “Youth Complex” in the City District of Ashdod as part of the implementation of the roof agreement. 56 housing units will be designated for those eligible by the Ministry of Housing at a target price and the rest are intended to be sold on the free market.
The entire project is expected to eventually include 256 housing units, half of which will be for eligible Ministry of Housing.
This week, the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing announced the first tender for the construction of housing units in Lot 142 in the complex. The tender includes the construction of 94 housing units in three buildings above the foundation floor, which will also have kindergartens. 56 housing units are intended for those entitled to the Ministry of Housing at a target price, and the remaining 38 housing units will be for sale at market prices. Additional for general development expenses, including payment for upgrading infrastructure in the old neighborhoods.
Of the 56 housing units eligible, only about 11 apartments will be armored for city residents.

The prices of apartments for those eligible are expected to range from 1.3 million to 1.6 million per apartment, since this is in the heart of the City Quarter in Ashdod, and the market prices there are particularly high.
