Trial against 59 people for bridge collapse in Genoa now fixed – Italy

Among the 59 accused are the former boss of the autobahn operator Autostrade per l’Italia (Aspi), Giovanni Castellucci, several employees of the Spea engineering firm and officials from the Ministry of Transport. They face new crimes of street murder, causing a disaster, violating traffic safety, and making false statements.
