Sri Lankan President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has blamed the opposition for the protests in Sri Lanka. He has accused the people of not leading the struggles in Sri Lanka and of instigating them by the opposition behind the people. He also said that he was elected by the people and would continue as president until the end of his term.
