In its health message, the Ministry of Health emphasized that physical activity is a necessity for the health of children and people between the ages of 5-17 years.
She added that this activity adds to the family’s routine every day an enjoyable movement activity, as the World Health Organization recommends physical activity for 60 minutes a day, for those aged 5 to 17 years.
She indicated that this activity may include walking, running, playing football, basketball and cycling.
