Fiverr International today (Sunday) released the fifth edition of the Small Business Needs Index. The index shows the most sought-after services for small businesses according to global search trends in the last six months in the Fiverr trading arena.
The results show two clear trends: the growing interest in Web3 alongside the increase in demand for services for expanding small businesses.

The “big resignation” trend led to significant growth in business entrepreneurship in 2021. In the United States alone, over 5.4 million new businesses were launched that year. The growing need of these businesses to reach their customers and continue to innovate, has led to an increase in the search for social media management services, and the creation of videos. Another trend among forward-thinking businesses is examining Web3 as a new way to maximize profits, create game marketing, and sweep virtual experiences that will enhance their brand loyalty.
