KSRTC – Swift service will start from Monday. Vishu – There will be more services for Easter.

Thiruvananthapuram: The KSRTC-Swift service will start from Monday. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will flag off at a function to be held at Thampanoor KSRTC Central Depot from 5.30 pm. Minister for Local Self Government and Rural Development MV Govindan will release the Master Gramavandi Guidebook at a function presided over by Transport Minister Antony Raju.

Minister of Education Sivankutty KSRTC-Swift website launch and Minister for Civil Supplies G.S. R. Anil KSRTC – Swift Bus will also distribute prizes to those who make the first reservation. Dr. Shashi Tharoor MP and Mayor Arya Rajendran will be the chief guests.

Gajaraja’s passengers Joseph Skaria (Poonjar), Arun M (Ba Glor), Anoop George (Pathanamthitta, Pullad) received free KSRTC return ticket from KSRTC-Swift for those who book their first ticket online on the first service. Give a free coupon for a return ticket to Arun M (Thiruvananthapuram, Poojappura).

Online ticket reservation can be done through the website www.online.keralartc.com and through the mobile app ente ksrtc (my KSRTC).

KSRTC – The driver cum conductor of the bus will be provided with a light orange shirt and black pants that match the color of the Swift bus. Those who drive the bus will also wear a P-cap. Along with the employee name board, the logo of the KSRTC-Swift logo and the uniform of the company sponsoring the uniform have been posted.

Special services will be conducted by KSRTC and KSRTC-Swift to observe Vishu and Easter. Customer-friendly services are available on both state and inter-state routes. A total of 34 Super Class buses will be operating more services this holiday season in addition to the regular ones. Tickets for these services are available through online reservation from April 11 to 18. In addition, additional services on major routes and short-distance and long-distance services will be arranged on April 12,13 and 17,18, depending on the number of passengers.

  • Bagalur – Thiruvananthapuram (via Salem, Coimbatore, Thrissur – Vyttila and Alappuzha)
  • Ernakulam – Bangalore (via Salem, Coimbatore and Thrissur)

AC Semi Sleeper Buses:

  • Pathanamthitta-Baglur (via Kottayam-Thrissur-Coimbatore-Salem)
  • Kozhikode- Ba Glur
  • Kozhikode- Mysore

Non AC Deluxe Buses:

  • Thiruvananthapuram- Kannur
  • Mananthavadi- Thiruvananthapuram
  • Sultan Bathery – Thiruvananthapuram
  • Sultanbatheri via Thiruvananthapuram-Vyttila-Alappuzha
  • Thiruvananthapuram Kottayam – Thrissur – Kozhikode
  • Thiruvananthapuram – Ernakulam – Kozhikode.

KSRTC Swift service will be launched on a trial basis from Kaniyapuram to Thiruvananthapuram via Thiruvananthapuram-Nagercoil. The service via Nagercoil saves about four hours from Thiruvananthapuram to Bagalur via Palakkad and Salem.
