In the three months of December 2021 to February 2022, the demand for new apartments was about 20,710 apartments, an increase of 4.5% compared to the previous quarter, of which about 15,600 new apartments were sold. The localities in which more than 500 apartments were sold in December 2021-February 2022 are: Tel Aviv-Yafo (1,042), Bat Yam (869), Jerusalem (853), Ashkelon (843), Netanya (777), Rishon Lezion (718) , Ramat Gan (510) and Beit Shemesh (505).

At the top of the list of localities where there has been an increase in the sale of new apartments compared to the previous three months are Yavne, Lod, Mevaseret Zion, Hadera and Rosh HaAyin. The main localities in which there was a decrease in the sale of new apartments compared to the previous three months are: Beer Yaakov, Modi’in-Maccabim-Re’ut, Kiryat Ono and Givat Shmuel.
