Kottayam: Panchayat secretary’s letter seeking permission from K Rail to build the second floor of Panachikadu house. This is the experience of a Panachikadu resident who sought the permission of the panchayat to build the second floor. The panchayat secretary clarified to the landlord that the house is within the buffer zone. The letter issued by the panchayat secretary requesting the NOC of K Rail came out.
The letter was sent to the Special Tehsildar in charge of Secretary K Rail requesting the NOC. This is a place that comes under the single survey number 245. This is the proposed Silver Line transit route. Last December, the landlord, Jimmy, sought the panchayat’s permission to build a second floor for the house.
