Purpose

How to Send a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request removal of content you believe infringes your copyright, please email [email protected] with a written notice that includes:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
  • The URL of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  • A good‑faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter‑Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, send a counter‑notice to [email protected] that includes:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • The URL of the material that was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat‑Infringer Policy

We may terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We also reserve the right to remove content without notice and at our sole discretion.
