The Beast movie starring Vijay has collected 36 crores and 88 lakhs in its first day.
Beast, directed by Nelson Dileepkumar and starring Vijay, was released on the 13th. The film was released in over 800 theaters in Tamil Nadu. Subsequent screenings were screened from 4 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. It is claimed that 36 crore 88 lakh rupees has been collected in Tamil Nadu through this. Of this, Chengalpattu has collected a maximum of 10 crore and 28 lakh rupees in the distribution area. Of the films Vijay has acted in so far, ‘Sarkar’ was the highest grossing 23 crore 10 lakhs on the first day. ‘Beast’ has now broken that record.
