Thiruvananthapuram: The KSRTC Employees Union has blamed the inexperience of the employees hired on contract basis for the continuous accidents of K Swift buses.
According to union representitives, the new retirement plan is targeted at lower paid employees, leaving higher paid employees to enjoy the same benefits as before.
The leaders also alleged that the KSRTC management had failed to implement the restructuring plan announced by the government. The Sultan Bathery-Thiruvananthapuram Deluxe Airbus crashed into the side wall of the eighth bend of the pass.
