Coachella Festival: Alessandra Ambrosio’s Hippie Alert – Folks

by time news

The ferris wheel in the desert is spinning again…

No other music festival in the world causes as much excitement as the “Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival” in Indio (California) on the outskirts of Los Angeles. The three-day music spectacle has been taking place in the desert since 1999.

After it had to be canceled for the past two years due to the corona virus, the Ferris wheel – the secret symbol of Coachella – is finally turning again. This year’s headliners include Harry Styles (28, “As it was”), Billie Eilish (20, “Bad Guy”). Swedish House Mafia (“Don’t You Worry Child”) and The Weeknd (“Blinding Lights”).

But not only the music triggers true tears of joy from many celebrities and influencers, the huge art sculptures that are spread all over the festival area also want to be immortalized on selfies. The hippie look, which many visitors wear, is also legendary: cowboy hats, batik tops and fringed waistcoats are just as popular as shirts with holes, floral dresses and rustic boots.

The Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio (41) is one of the biggest Coachella fans. The hardcore fan has already arrived and posed with her friends and ex-soccer star Milan Blagojevic (52) for a souvenir photo.

A week ago, the cancellation of rapper Kanye West (44), who was booked as one of the main acts for Coachella, caused quite a stir. West did not give a reason for his sudden cancellation.

Above all, his private problems with ex-wife Kim Kardashian (41) should be behind it. Among other things, he argued with her via social media and threatened her new friend Pete Davidson (28).

The Canadian singer The Weeknd (32), whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, stepped in for West. His appearance is expected as the grand finale for Sunday evening.
