Fighters from the Border Police’s undercover unit arrested “Al Ham” on suspicion of stealing military equipment and ammunition from Tselim base training areas. The suspect, a resident of Segev Shalom, was arrested and taken along with the findings for questioning by the Israel Police.

Today, as part of the activity of the fighters of the undercover unit of the Southern Border Police against the phenomenon of theft from the IDF base in the south, the unit’s fighters were ambushed in the training areas of Tze’elim base. During the operation, a suspect entered the training areas of the base and began scanning around the buildings and in the field in order to locate equipment and ammunition. The ambush fighters identified the suspect and arrested him “on hot” while he was trying to steal the equipment from the training ground.
