‘The Invisible Underworld in the City of Thiruvananthapuram’; Prithviraj and Asif Ali are preparing for the movie ‘Kappa’

Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Manju Warrier and Anna Ben will play the lead roles in ‘Kappa’. The movie directed by Venam will start on May 20 in Thiruvananthapuram. The film is based on the novel ‘Shankhumukhi’ by GR Indugopan, which tells the story of the invisible underworld in the city of Thiruvananthapuram. Indugopan himself is writing the script for the film.

Prithviraj will play the role of Kotta Madhu in Kappa. Prithviraj will be part of the Kappa after returning from Algeria in early June after completing Blessy’s sheep career. More than 60 actors including Indrans and Nandu will be performing in Kappa. Kappa is being produced by screenwriter and director Jinu Abraham and Dolvin Kuriakose under the banner of Theater of Dreams. Kappa is their first production film.

Venu’s last directorial venture was Rachiyamma based on the anthology film Annu Pennum based on the short story of the famous writer Uroob. Parvati and Asif Ali played the lead roles.
