TV audiences: France 3 in the lead with “Cassandre”, flop for the new C8 adventure show

by time news

A spring Saturday evening which did not fill up with viewers. No record, therefore. And a ranking almost identical from one week to another. In this game, France 3 is once again ahead of the competition with the French series “Cassandre”, carried by Gwendoline Hamon. The new episode entitled “The secret of the hive” captivated almost 4.3 million followers, or 22.3% of the entire public according to Médiamétrie. That’s 600,000 less than seven days ago.

TF 1 is second with the last evening of Battles of “The Voice”. This XXL show presented by Nikos Aliagas gathered 3.4 million viewers, or 17.7% of PDA. A score down 500,000 people. But the front page now prefers to look at another indicator, that of women responsible for purchases under 50 years of age. The latter reached 26.7% of PDA, which puts the channel in the lead despite the loss of 2 points, compared to Saturday, April 9. The evening was marked by the performance of Caroline Costa, whom Florent Pagny renamed Nicolette. The one who has already enjoyed success in “France has an incredible talent” on M 6 in 2008 but also in the musical “Robin Hood” alongside Mr. Pokora flew over his battle on the hit “Heavy Cross” from the Gossip group. This 25-year-old artist was opposed to Fabien Cicoletta and Axel Hirsoux.

M 6 at the foot of the podium with “MacGyver”

France 2 closes the podium with the second issue of the “Maestros Tournament”. This prime time version of “N’oublie pas les lyrics” hosted by Nagui was followed by 1.9 million karaoke fans, or 10.6% of PDA. La Deux further limits the decline in viewership. On April 9, the first evening attracted almost 2 million (10.4%). Fourth, M 6 with the American series “MacGyver” played by Lucas Till, in place of Richard Dean Anderson. The first two new episodes of the evening interested just under 1.2 million ingenuity enthusiasts, or 6.2% of PDA. Like France 2, the Six loses almost no viewers compared to April 9.

A highlight was the flop of the new program “Un tour du monde en France”, presented by Caroline Ithurbide on C 8. This adventure programme, which offered a trip to the Camargue, attracted only 189,000 viewers, i.e. 1 % of ADP. It is more than twice less than “A year of TV”, programmed a week ago.
