The affordable, sustainable and customizable electric vehicle from the Italian brand XEV, YOYO, is the ideal car for urban and peripheral mobility, a smart purchase option not only for its attractive design but also for its high energy efficiency. And it is that this compact model of 2.5 meters long and 1.5 wide, has an approved consumption of only 0.074 kWh/km thanks to its conception lightweight at just 522 kg including batteries. In total, it consumes less than 2 euros for every 100 kilometers travelled.

It is a question of a lower consumption even than that of a conventional electric, but, in addition, the possibility of recharging its batteries from 0% to 80% through a domestic plug in less than 4 hours, gives the YOYO a advantage over other models that need a point specific recharge button to do so.

The savings offered by the YOYO is even more remarkable when compare it to a combustion vehicle. Analyzing, for example, the annual consumption of a YOYO and that of a gasoline car, we see that the latter is 75% more expensive: with an average travel of 20,000 km per year, a gasoline car represents an expense of more of 1,400 euros; while this XEV electric vehicle requires an average spend of 340.

A saving that is added to the exemption from the registration tax that electric vehicles have compared to combustion vehicles. In addition to direct financial aid through the Moves III Plan which, in the case of the YOYO, translates into a reduction of up to 2,000 euros in the final cost of the vehicle.
