Reports also hint at a battery upgrade for this Pro model, a welcome change for users seeking longer uptime.
If leaks are on the mark, the Galaxy S26 Pro could feature a 4,300 mAh battery. This is a step up from the 4,000 mAh cell in the Galaxy S25. However, it still falls short of the 4,900 mAh battery found in the Galaxy S25+. Fast charging improvements, a highly desired upgrade, seem to be reserved for the Ultra model only.
The Galaxy S26 Edge is also slated for a battery capacity boost. It’s expected to arrive with a 4,200 mAh battery, an increase from the 3,900 mAh battery in the Galaxy S25 Edge.
