Dubai: Two people were killed and three others were injured in four separate road accidents on Monday, Dubai police said. The first accident took place on Emirates Road near the Tripoli Bridge to Abu Dhabi. Three vehicles collided. The reason was that the safe distance was not maintained. Authorities said a 30-year-old man was seriously injured in the crash and Rashid was taken to hospital for treatment.

A motorcyclist and a lorry collided on the Dubai-Hatta road, killing the biker in the second accident. Failure to maintain a safe distance may result in an accident.
