“My parents had dairy cows. They were just making some cider. I was an accountant. But one day, out of a passion for cider, I stopped everything and came back to the farm. That was in 1997. We got angry for more than ten years because they didn’t agree to allow me to study, all so that I could make cider! Today, time has passed and I think I can say that they are proud of me. We have four employees to produce twelve different ciders… and an annual increase of 10%! »
