New Delhi: Election strategist Prashant Kishore has proposed a series of changes in the Indian National Congress. To strengthen the party in the 2024 general elections, he suggested that those outside the Gandhi family should be elected and that the party should be completely redesigned.

During two meetings with the Gandhi family, the media reported that Prashant Kishore had prepared a comprehensive plan to modernize the Congress and presented it to the leaders. Prashant Kishore has asked Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and other important leaders of the party to travel across the country and interact with the public.

Kishore has demanded that the party be free from corruption, irresponsibility and arrogance and maintain the party’s tradition and core values. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Odisha have been asked to contest the elections alone and in alliance with Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Maharashtra. It is learned that Kishore has said that the Congress should focus on 370 Lok Sabha constituencies in the 2024 general elections.

Prashant Kishore will meet Sonia Gandhi today. Rahul Gandhi and National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadhera are also expected to attend the meeting.
